Hey Joey, thanks for posting such a wonderful article on my birthday! I couldn't agree more with you. I have always said "kindness is free" spread it around and make someone's day! When someone at work does something for me and the usual response would be, "I appreciate it" I usually change it up and say "I appreciate you". It makes me feel good to make them feel appreciated rather than the task.
